Returns and Exchanges

Online shopping needs to be straightforward and easy. This is why we aim to provide you with an accurate sizing chart,  product description and a Try at Home option. 

If, however, the sizing and fit don't meet your expectations, worry not. We offer FREE returns or exchanges Australia wide. 

 

How to Return/Exchange an Item:

Returning or exchanging an item with VOUS is simple. 

  1. Email us to request a return or exchange, providing your name and order number.

  2. We will send you a prepaid postage label via email. Print this label and attach it to your packaging.

  3. Drop the parcel at your local Australia Post Post Office at no cost to you.

  4. Once the item is received, a refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

 

Conditions of Returns (Change of Mind): 

VOUS will refund, credit, or exchange any item purchased within 14 days if:

  1. The garment has not been worn, altered, and/or washed and is in a resalable condition.
  2. The garment has not been damaged while in the customer's possession.
  3. The customer has proof of the garment purchase.
  4. The original VOUS swing ticket is attached to the garment.

 

Conditions of Returns (Faulty Garments):

VOUS will refund, credit, or exchange any item purchased within 7 days if the garment:

1. Is found to have a genuine manufacturers fault.

2. Does not correspond to samples or descriptions given to the purchaser.

3. Is unable to do what it is supposed to. 

 

Exchanges:

VOUS will exchange items based on the above conditions of return.

  

* Exchange and Returns Exclusions:

Sale Items- Only regular priced items may be refunded within 7 days from purchase. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
